How It Works.

Select a time that suits you. Your Happy Home Visit can be arranged at a time that suits your busy lifestyle, work and family. You can select late evening weekday slots or Saturday slots. Remember — I am here to make your life easier.

The Visit.
During the visit I will inspect the property, take photographs and some critical dimensions. We will discuss what you have and how you use it. This will inform what you need and what is feasible based on your property, planning and budgetary requirements.
3.
The Report.
You will receive a lot of valuable information during the visit and it can be a lot to take in at once. Within 7 days of the visit I will follow up with a written report* detailing our discussions and the opportunities for improving your home in a way that best suits your exact circumstances.
About Your Report.

Your report will contain overview advice specific to your property, your stated needs and approximate budget. It will deal with issues such as the requirement for planning, best use of the space you already have, considerations in relation to neighbouring properties, and high level costing advice.

Your report is a high-level feasibility and needs document that examines the constraints and possibilities of your home. It does not go as far as providing full sketch designs.
