Paul Sheeran MRIAI, BscArch DipArch DipArchTech.

A full and registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) since 2007, I am Conservation Accredited to Grade III and a qualified Architectural Technologist. I am proficient in cutting-edge and efficient digital working methods and have extensive knowledge and experience of Off-Site and Prefabrication construction methods. I have an excellent track record liaising with clients, negotiating the planning system and coordinating consultants in the delivery of projects.

I have gained 15+ years of experience with O’Mahony Pike (OMP), a leader in residential design and innovation. Fast-track pre-fabricated construction methods were pioneered and favoured by the practice and I have widely specified and coordinated pre-fabricated components from across Europe. A number of schemes I designed and managed are award-winning, from conservation to new-build. An emphasis was always placed on quality of design and built detail, driven by a passion for quality architecture at affordable prices.

For a number of years, pre-qualification, I worked with Mary Donohoe Architects (formerly Donohoe FitzGerald) on adaptive re-use / residential conversion schemes, high-end retail and numerous smaller-scale jobs.
